​Cancellation Policy: Bookings and Payment Terms and Conditions Welcome to Dolphin Aquatic Center! Please note the following important points below. Your booking and attendance implies your awareness and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment is:​

• For the full term (or from date of commencement)​

• For your space in the pool for that time slot (not lessons attended)​

• In advance within 7 days of receiving the invoice (failure to make payment within this period will result in your lesson slot being cancelled)​or any cancellations, a N12,000 administration fee is payable whether you swim the full term or not. (i.e. if you book a slot with us you will be liable to pay 30% of the total invoice if you cancel at any stage)​

Please make sure that you attend as many lessons as possible. This will be in your best interests for progress and learning.​

Make up lessons are allowed but only ONE per term as this is disruptive to our regular swimmers. If in the case, a doctor certifies that the child is not able to swim for more than two consecutive lessons, we will try and do our best to accommodate makeup lessons, but please note we are not under any obligation to do so. No refunds or forward credits will be given once a slot has been booked and paid for (i.e. we cannot refund or credit lessons missed) Written notice (email is acceptable) is required to terminate lessons at least 3 hours before the lesson begins.​

Goods can be returned one day after delivery (maximum)

Items are to be returned in the exact condition they were during purchase.
